Great price fast shipping

The product is exactly like a regular new one for nearly half the price and the shipping was very fast.

I first connected the 607 S3 to an older Yamaha AV Receiver in a large room and I was a little disappointed, then I moved them to my small music room 8' x 14' and connected them to my Denon Integrated Amp with high-end speaker wires. On the Denon they are magnificent; centre imaging is precise, bass is controlled and tight, and detail is clear and open. In the large room on the AV Receiver they sounded thin and lacking body/substance. These are wonderful on a good amp and a small room; no subwoofer needed.

I bought this receiver for my veranda. Nothing fancy required. Initially i did not like that there are not crosser over settings for speakers (that i found in the menu). To get higher volume for part level volumes I had to reduce the bass quite allot. I do like to quick access to the sub on the remote as well as tone control. these features used to be present on the earlier 5.1 receiver remotes. This receiver gets hot pretty quick especially at higher volume levels, most likely due to the shorter height, you definitely should not stack anything else on top of it without adding allot of space between the components. I added two 80mm usb fans on top of the unit to keep it from overheating. This is a great receiver especially for the price paid. This has very decent power, gets pretty load in 5 channel stereo for music and more than enough in dolby for small to mid sized rooms.
