30-Day Guarantee
All items purchased from Skadi.ca may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Defective Protection
If an item is defective, we cover the shipping and replace it for free or we provide a full refund. No questions asked.
Defective Items & Warranty
Found a defect? We've got you covered.
If your item is defective within the 30-day period (and the issue is a manufacturing defect or product failure), Skadi will arrange an exchange or return.
- Free Return Shipping: We will supply a prepaid return waybill.
- Free Replacement: We ship a replacement unit at no cost (or issue a full refund if unavailable).
Note: If you choose to use your own shipping method instead of our prepaid waybill, we cannot reimburse that cost.
Standard Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective refunds. Returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receiving your RMA number.
Conditions for Return:
To ensure a full refund, items must be returned in the condition they were received:
- Return the item in safe packaging whether original packaging or not.
- ALL accessories, manuals, remotes, and power cords must be included.
Final Sale Items: Some specific sale items are marked "Final Sale" on their product page. These cannot be returned. Please contact the manufacturer directly for issues with these specific items.
How to Start a Return
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Any item returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Restocking Fees
We rarely charge restocking fees. However, to protect our inventory, a 15% restocking fee may be applied ONLY if:
- Accessories or components are missing from the box or stolen.
- The item is returned damaged or incomplete.
(Restocking fees are waived for: Wrong item received, shipping damage, lost in transit or defective items).
