Generally, items purchased from Skadi.ca may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Some sale items may be final sale: no returns or refunds. Items for final sale will be mentioned on the product page. Please contact the manufacturers directly for any issues on these items.

Defective Items
If your item is defective, please refer to the manufacturer's website for warranty service instructions.

If your item is defective within the 30 day period, Skadi will arrange for an exchange provided that the defect was a manufacturing issue and NOT customer induced. In the case of a defective exchange, Skadi will supply the customer with a free return waybill to be used for sending in the defective product. If a customer chooses to send their defect in without using our return waybill, Skadi will not reimburse the customer for their shipping. Once received at our facility, Skadi will verify the defect and ship a replacement unit at no cost to the customer.

Prior Authorization
An RMA number MUST be requested by emailing support@skadi.ca before sending your unit(s) in for refund. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.

Restocking Fee
Although rarely used, items returned for refund MAY be subject to a 15% restocking fee in the event accessories and/or components from the item are missing or stolen.

Shipping costs incurred by Skadi are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, even for promotional "Free Shipping" orders. ALL returns will be subject to a restocking, except in the cases of: wrong item received, shipping damage, or defective item.

Return Condition
Items must be returned with original packaging and ALL accessories and manuals. Items returned incomplete (original boxes, accessories, remote, power cord, etc.) will be automatically assessed and a restocking fee will be applied for the missing items.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any returned product. We will not pay for the return of any item being returned for a refund, regardless of the reason. In the event the item is defective, please refer to the "Defective Items" section. Returned merchandise must be postmarked no later than 7 days after we provide you with a RMA number.
